1. Information We Collect

In order to provide the Service, we collect the following types of information:

Personal Information: Your name, email address, and unique user identifiers when you create an account.
User-Generated Content: Content you choose to share, such as journal entries, somatic feedback, audio recordings, photos, videos, and messages in Circles.
Device and Usage Information: Crash logs, performance diagnostics, and device identifiers (such as Firebase Installation IDs and FCM Tokens) to monitor app stability and provide push notifications.
Camera: The app may request access to your device camera to enable visual features. All camera processing occurs entirely on your device. No camera frames, images, or video are transmitted to NeuroArts Interactive servers or any third party.
Microphone and Audio Recordings: The app may request microphone access to enable voice features. Audio recordings you create may be stored on NeuroArts Interactive servers (via Firebase Storage) to power voice-driven features and to improve service quality. Recordings are retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your audio data at any time by contacting support@neuroarts.ai or by deleting your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly for the following purposes:

* To operate, maintain, and provide the features of the Service (App Functionality).
* To manage your account and communicate with you regarding updates, security alerts, and support (Account Management & Developer Communications).
* To analyze app usage and crashes to improve performance and stability (Analytics).
* We DO NOT sell your personal data.
* We DO NOT share your data with external third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Cloud and Firebase services. All user data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS) and encrypted at rest by our cloud providers.

While NeuroArts Interactive is a direct-to-consumer wellness platform and not a HIPAA covered entity, we treat your health-related and wellness data with strict security and comply with the Federal Trade Commission's Health Breach Notification Rule (HBNR). In the event of an unauthorized disclosure of unsecured health information, we will promptly notify affected users.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties except:
* With service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., Google Firebase for database hosting and authentication).
* When required by law or to respond to legal process.
* To protect the rights, property, or safety of NeuroArts Interactive, our users, or the public.

Firebase Analytics:We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to monitor app usage patterns and improve the service. Firebase Analytics may collect device-level information such as app version, device model, OS version, and aggregated event data (which features users tap, session length). This data is processed by Google under their privacy policy. Users can disable analytics by adjusting their device's iOS settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → App Analytics).

5. Data Deletion and Your Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account and associated data by:
* Using the "Delete Account" option within the app profile settings.
* Visiting our dedicated deletion request page at https://neuroarts.ai/account-deletion and submitting a request.

When you delete your account, your profile and associated user-generated content are permanently removed from our active systems.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app or on our website.
