A paced-breathing session for the far end of the day — built to close out a shift or a day that isn't actually over just because the demands stopped.

What it is
Evening Wind Down is a guided, paced-breathing session built for the transition out of the day. It runs a slower, structured breath pattern — inhale, hold, exhale, on a set count — designed to move you from whatever the day left in your system toward something closer to rest.
When to use it
Use it at the end of a shift, once the last task closes, or in the window between the day ending and trying to sleep. It's built for that transition, not midday relief — pair it with a midday tool if you need one earlier.
How to do it
Sit or lie down somewhere the day is actually done — phone down, lights low if you can manage it. Follow the on-screen pattern from start to finish; the session sets the pace. Run it once, straight through.
What to expect
With regular use, the transition out of the day gets shorter — less residue carried into the evening, an easier drop into sleep. This is a practice, not a switch. The return comes from doing it, not from doing it once.
